DISCRETE ELEMENT SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENT OF OPPOSED DOUBLE HELIX OUTER SHEAVE FERTILIZER DISCHARGER

Aiming at the pulsation problem of traditional external grooved wheel fertilizer distributor, an opposed double spiral distributor is designed, and design analysis parameters are carried out. In order to obtain with best discharge effect, movement process particles in opposite was analyzed through discrete element simulation. Using combination simulation bench test, a orthogonal experiment out on influence rotational speed sheave, radius groove section, working length sheave angle variation coefficient uniformity. The result shows that factors affecting uniformity are: trough > helix radius, 50 mm, 30 r/min, lift 45° 10 mm optimal structural for under this 3.08%. actual performance verified by test. results show parameter 3.99%, deviation from test 0.91%. reliability discharger verified.
